Information we collect. When you contact us or sign up for an event, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and (for events) your acceptance of our volunteer waiver. We record the date, time, and version of any waiver you sign.
How we use it. We use your information to coordinate events, keep records of volunteer participation and waivers, and communicate with you about our work. We do not sell your information.
Email. If you sign up for events, we may email you occasional updates. You can opt out at any time.
Data storage. Contact and event information is stored securely with our service providers. Waiver records are retained as legal documentation.
